Job Summary
Administer IV drip therapy, IM injections, and mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy according to established protocols while educating clients on medical wellness services. Monitor clients during treatment, document visits in the EMR, and maintain medical areas to ensure compliance and safety. Support membership, service, and studio sales goals through client education, recommendations, and rebooking initiatives. Maintain strong time management to balance appointments, charting, and restocking while providing exceptional therapeutic communication. Requires active California RN license, BLS certification, and weekend availability for 2–3 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted California RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Strong IV insertion and venipuncture skills
- Available 2–3 days per week with weekend availability
- Weekend availability required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to medical compliance, safety, ethics, and integrity
Desired Qualifications
- Acute-care experience preferred (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar)
- Injection experience preferred
- Comfortable with client education, recommendations, sales goals, and KPIs
- Excited to learn about IV nutrients, NAD+, Niagen®, GLP-1 programs, and other wellness services
- Enjoys initiating conversations, building rapport, educating clients, making recommendations, and encouraging rebooking
- Proactive, dependable, coachable, and able to work independently while contributing to a team
- Personable, confident, efficient, and genuinely enjoys interacting with clients
- You're clinically confident and a people person
- You enjoy educating clients, making recommendations, and creating an experience that keeps them coming back
