RN - IPU Per Diem (7p-7a)

Assess patient and family educational needs and provide appropriate education while applying nursing principles for treatment, emotional support, and instruction. Initiate interdisciplinary plans of care to address patient and family needs, ensuring safe care aligned with protocols and physician orders. Manage medications according to standards and respond appropriately in emergency situations. Implement, evaluate, and revise care plans while directing others in their execution. Provide or facilitate emotional and spiritual support to patients and families. Participate in new employee orientation and supervise all CHHA and volunteers. Requires NJ RN license, minimum three years clinical experience, and IV/medical surgical expertise. Weekend night shifts from 7p-7a at $44-$48 per hour.
