Job Summary
Hospice RN opportunity focused on overseeing quality of care for hospice patients. Responsibilities include assessing patient and family educational needs, applying nursing principles in patient care, initiating interdisciplinary plans of care, managing medications, responding to emergencies, implementing and revising care plans, providing emotional and spiritual support to patients and families, participating in orientation of new employees, and supervising CHHA and Volunteers. Requires NJ RN license with BSN preferred; IV and Medical-Surgical experience required; hospice experience preferred; bilingual a plus. Highly competitive salary and benefits available.
