Job Summary
Provide direct patient care using the nursing process while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Manage care coordination, patient safety, documentation, and compassionate delivery for adult patients with conditions including small bowel obstructions, respiratory infections, cellulitis, diverticulitis, and pneumonia. Maintain active RN licensure in Missouri or a compact state, hold BLS certification, and possess the physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing and walking. Work full-time nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36 hours weekly, with self-scheduling available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or compact state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire)
- Ability to lift and assist up to 50 pounds
- Prolonged standing and walking
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, squat, and assist patients safely
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Prior hospital or acute‐care nursing experience
- Specialty certifications
