Job Summary
Conduct direct patient care in Perioperative, PACU, or Operating Room levels utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice models. Prioritize patient wellness, a multidisciplinary team approach, and safety at the point of care while modeling proficiency through precepting new staff. Deliver top-of-scope practice in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment supported by Clinical Educators for competency validation. Requires state RN licensure, BLS certification, and 6 months of RN experience; onsite full-time role with a 3-Year Incentive Bonus and comprehensive total rewards program.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
- 6 months of RN experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program
- ACLS and PALS certification (if not on PICC team)
- BLS or CPR card good through sixty days of hire
