RN-Interventional

Implements and monitors patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serves as the primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders as appropriate. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment while following standard precautions using personal protective equipment.
