Manage front desk operations, scheduling, patient support, and data entry while tracking medications and solving problems. Maintain BLS certification within 30 days of hire and hold a current Wisconsin Board of Nursing license. Requires a nursing diploma or professional licensure at hire. Required Qualifications
- 2 years of healthcare office administration experience
- Front desk, scheduling, patient support, and data entry
- Experienced with medication tracking and problem-solving
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
- Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required
