Job Summary
Manage daily operations of assigned areas including staffing, throughput, patient concerns, room assignments, data collection, and process flow. Deliver non-clinical and clinical care as delegated by licensed nurses while promoting positive interactions with staff, physicians, patients, families, and visitors. Provide a safe environment by adhering to infection control policies, hand washing protocols, and professional communication standards. Maintain current AED competencies and follow dress code policies. Requires acceptance letter from School of Nursing and early acute stroke recognition training. Flex hours available.
Required Qualifications
- Acceptance Letter from School of Nursing
- Early Acute Stroke recognition and treatment
- Lifting is limited to 35 lbs. for clinical staff and to 50 lbs. for non-clinical staff
- Use an assisted-lift device or get another individual(s) to assist with the lift that is over these maximum limits
