RN- Internal Contract Cardiac Stepdown

RN (Cardiac Stepdown) - 13-Week Internal Contract in Dothan, AL. Responsible for delivering patient-centered nursing care in the Cardiac Step-Down Unit (PCU) with telemetry, medication administration, and collaboration with the care team. Provides age-appropriate care, adheres to infection control and safety standards, and participates in performance improvement. Works 3x12 hour day shifts (7 am–7 pm) in a non-benefit-eligible temporary assignment. Requires 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience and state licensure as an RN; ACLS/PALS preferred, BCLS required. Telemetry monitoring, patient education, and coordination with physicians and nurses are key duties.
