RN Internal Agency | University Float Pool - SD/MS | Nights

RN/Internal Agency is a temporary, full-time 13-week assignment working on various stepdown and med/surg units within Methodist University Hospital as a backup staffing resource. Responsible for nursing care of patients requiring specialized judgment and skill; demonstrates leadership, promotes evidence-based practice, and supports learning and growth for staff. Role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, TN RN license, BLS certification, and 1–3 years in an acute care environment. Pay is $60/hour. No visa sponsorship is offered. The position involves flexible staffing needs and operates across multiple units as part of MLH’s Mission, Vision and Values, with opportunities to impact patient care and the community.
