RN Internal Agency is a temporary full-time 13-week assignment working on various Critical Care and Stepdown units. Compensation is $70/hour (annualized to $145,600). Responsibilities include specialized nursing assessment, care planning, evaluation, and education for patients and families, promotion of evidence-based practices, and leadership in clinical practice. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse license in Tennessee (Tennessee Board of Nursing)

- Ability to lead and mentor clinical practice, promote evidence-based protocols
