Job Summary
Registered Nurse needed for an Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) to build ICU-level skills. Responsibilities include caring for a diverse patient population (neuro, trauma, post-surgical) with hands-on, intervention-heavy nursing care; partnering closely with CNAs and interdisciplinary teams; managing patient ratios of 1:3–1:4 depending on acuity. Candidates must hold an RN license (WI or compact eligible) and demonstrate a strong clinical foundation or a desire to learn, with a team-oriented and adaptable mindset. The role offers exposure to wound care, sedation, and leadership pathways within a strong training and development environment.
