Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to high-acuity, complex patients in a regional hospital's Intermediate Care Unit. Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary teams while monitoring and responding to changing patient needs across neuro, trauma, post-surgical, and complex medical cases. Develop clinical expertise to build advanced skills and prepare for critical care or specialty roles. Full-time 12-hour day and night shifts offer strong training and onboarding support for experienced RNs and new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact-eligible
- BLS certification
