RN – Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) | Build ICU-Level Skills

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to high-acuity, complex patients in a regional hospital's Intermediate Care Unit. Monitor and respond to changing patient needs while collaborating with CNAs and interdisciplinary teams. Develop clinical expertise across neuro, trauma, post-surgical, and complex medical cases with strong onboarding support. Full-time, 12-hour shifts available days or nights. Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact-eligible with BLS certification required. Experienced RNs and new graduates welcome to build advanced skills and prepare for critical care or specialty roles.
