Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to high-acuity, complex patients while collaborating with CNAs and interdisciplinary teams. Monitor and respond to changing patient needs in a high-acuity setting, gaining experience with neuro, trauma, post-surgical, and complex medical cases. Develop clinical expertise across multiple specialties through strong onboarding support designed for newer RNs. Full-time, 12-hour shifts available for days and nights. This role prepares candidates for critical care or specialty roles within a regional hospital in Wausau, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact-eligible
- BLS certification
