Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to high-acuity, complex patients in the Intermediate Care Unit. Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary teams while monitoring and responding to changing patient needs across neuro, trauma, post-surgical, and complex medical cases. Develop clinical expertise across multiple specialties with strong onboarding support designed for experienced RNs and new graduates. Full-time 12-hour day and night shifts available at a regional hospital in Wausau, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact-eligible
- BLS certification
