RN - Intermediate Care - Part Time - Dayshift

RN - Intermediate Care Unit. Provide nursing care in a 28-bed blended Medical-Surgical/Telemetry and Intermediate Care unit, including care for cardiac patients, post-surgical recovery, and monitoring. Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care, manage IV drips and high-flow oxygen therapy, and support patients from adolescent to geriatric ages. License to practice as an RN in Maryland (or compact state with Maryland requirements); Magnet-recognized specialty certification preferred. Duties include post-cardiac catheterization recovery, peritoneal dialysis (PD) and acute/complex patient management; strong communication and organizational skills emphasized. Education: ASN or higher required; BSN or higher preferred. Schedule: Dayshift, Part-Time; sign-on bonus up to $7,500.
