Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the plan of care and nursing scope; monitor patient conditions and progress; administer medications including insulin and IV fluids; perform wound care and dressings; document and communicate patient status; collaborate with providers and care team to achieve optimal outcomes; requires RN licensure and ADN/AAS or equivalent degree, CPR/BLS/First Aid certification, and ability to travel to care sites in Morgantown, Wheeling, and Fairmont.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS)
- Current unrestricted RN license in the state for this position
- CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites/work locations
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred but not required
