Job Summary
RN / Intensive Care Unit Medical role at Encompass Health. Provide supervised care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and deliver direct patient care as needed. Support fellow staff and families, celebrate patient milestones, and contribute to a patient-centered rehabilitation environment. Requires an active RN license and CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN are preferred. Weekend +1 option available and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
