Job Summary
Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions in the inpatient surgical services unit. Collaborate with physicians and colleagues to implement and evaluate care plans while providing empathetic support across the continuum of care, from preventive services to treatment and follow-up. Demonstrate comprehensive nursing expertise and adapt to a fast-paced environment requiring strong communication and time management. This part-time role offers 12 weekly hours at $35.00–$48.00 at Marshfield Medical Center.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
