RN-Inpatient Surgical - Days: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care as an RN in the Inpatient Surgical unit. Assess the patient's condition at admission and each shift, administer prescribed medications, monitor responses, document care, respond to patient needs, and educate patients, families, and caregivers about the condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow-up steps. Collaborate with medical providers and care team to ensure outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes. Emphasizes adherence to nursing models, advocacy for patients, families, and alignment with the hospital’s standards; requires BLS within 30 days and at least 1 year of RN experience with a Registered Nurse Diploma.
