Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, manage patient triage, and coordinate care plans across the continuum of health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to implement and evaluate care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Deliver patient education and interventions within the full scope of nursing expertise for the assigned clinical setting. This full-time, 36-hour night shift role at Marsh Med Ctr offers a salary range of $35.00 to $48.00, with eligibility for a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
