Job Summary
The Registered Nurse in Inpatient Rehab provides leadership in a professional practice setting and delivers nursing care for individuals and families, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Roles include supervising and mentoring staff, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring patient safety and quality initiatives, utilizing the nursing process to achieve culturally and age-appropriate outcomes, and participating in ongoing professional development and adherence to HIPAA and privacy guidelines. The role supports the rehab unit services for patients with strokes, spinal cord injury, LVADs, traumatic brain injury, and burn victims, within a Magnet-recognized network. Minimum qualifications include PA RN licensure (or multi-state licensure via eNLC) and CPR certification; preferred certification in area of specialty.

- Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
