Job Summary
Acute Rehab RN providing direct patient care within inpatient rehabilitation; administer prescribed medications, perform wound care, monitor vital signs, and document patient conditions using computerized systems. Educate patients and families as part of a multidisciplinary care planning team; participate in performance improvement activities to support hospital mission and nursing initiatives. Licensure in Tennessee, current BLS, and ACLS within 6 months of hire are required; one year of clinical nursing experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse from accredited school of nursing
- Current Licensure with Tennessee Board of Nursing
- Current BLS
- ACLS within 6 months of hire
