Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in an Inpatient Rehab setting as an RN, assessing and planning individualized patient care, administering prescribed medications, changing dressings, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care planning team to educate patients and families, participate in performance improvement activities, and support hospital mission and nursing initiatives. Requires active RN license in Tennessee, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months of hire; one year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse from accredited school of nursing
- Current Licensure with Tennessee Board of Nursing
- Current BLS
- ACLS within 6 months of hire
