RN Inpatient - Pediatrics

Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions for pediatric inpatients. Collaborate with physicians and colleagues to implement and evaluate care plans across the continuum of preventive services, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Demonstrate comprehensive nursing expertise and empathy during all stages of patient care. Work closely with nursing leaders to advance organizational goals and maintain required department-specific competencies. Full-time position with 36 weekly hours and a 12-hour varied shift schedule.
