Job Summary
RN - Inpatient - OR position providing direct patient care in the operating room and associated inpatient settings. Responsibilities include overseeing delivery of patient care, directing and delegating assignments to nursing staff, coordinating care with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring patients understand their rights and consent, directing patient and family teaching, maintaining current knowledge of practice standards and hospital policies, and performing on-call duties with triage and in-person visits as needed. Requires active nursing licensure in NM or a compact state, ADN preparation, and certification in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS as applicable to unit requirements; Epic charting experience and utilization across perioperative and critical-care pathways are noted. Required Qualifications
- Accredited nursing program degree
- Minimum ADN preparation
- State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- NRP for relevant units
- PALS for relevant units
