RN - Inpatient - OR: Provides direct patient care using the nursing process for an assigned group of patients with coordination of care among family and disciplines. Responsibilities include supervising and directing home health aides and nursing staff as needed, evaluating outcomes, ensuring informed consent and patient rights, and maintaining knowledge of current nursing research and hospital policies. Demonstrates clinical resource leadership, effective communication, problem-solving, and on-call triage. Requires ADN or higher, NM or compact-state RN license, and BLS; ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications as specified.
