Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. Perform patient assessment, triage, patient education, and coordinate care while maintaining competency within the full scope of nursing expertise. Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license, preferred Bachelor's degree, and current department-specific certifications. Salary range $35.00 - $48.00.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
