RN Inpatient- Oncology- PT Nights

Conduct individualized nursing care for patients using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with physicians to plan and coordinate care while managing triage, patient education, and various nursing interventions across the continuum of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to state licensure and the Nurse Practice Act. Provide care in all phases of preventative health, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients in the inpatient oncology unit.
