Job Summary
Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions in the oncology inpatient unit. Collaborate with physicians and colleagues to implement and evaluate care plans while providing empathetic support across the continuum of care. Maintain comprehensive nursing expertise and department-specific competencies. This part-time role involves 24 weekly hours on night shifts at Marsh Med Ctr in Marshfield, WI. Required Qualifications
- Registered nurse (RN)
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be available for night shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must pass pre-employment background screening
