Job Summary
Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions in the inpatient oncology/medical unit. Collaborate with physicians and colleagues to implement and evaluate care plans across the continuum of preventive services, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Demonstrate comprehensive nursing expertise and competency while providing empathetic care to patients and families. Maintain unencumbered RN licensure and obtain required department-specific certifications. Work full-time, 32 hours weekly, at Sanford Health's Marsh Medical Center in Marshfield, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
