Job Summary
Coordinate patient care, assessment, triage, and nursing interventions in the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology (CIRV) team. Collaborate with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients undergoing cardiovascular, neurovascular, and interventional procedures, including sedation and hemodynamic monitoring. Provide empathetic care across the continuum of care for planned and emergent cases, utilizing comprehensive nursing expertise in a fast-paced environment. Work M-F day shifts with on-call requirements, advancing skills alongside nursing leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Registered nurse (RN)
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be available for M-F day shifts
- Must be available for on call requirements
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must pass pre-employment background screening
