Job Summary
Inpatient RN on Sanford Health Fargo’s Innovation Unit, a fast-paced 32-bed adult medical-surgical-trauma unit on the cutting edge of nursing technology, testing new care models like virtual nursing, smart hospital beds, and electronic whiteboards. Plan and coordinate patient care; perform assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions; collaborate with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate care; provide empathetic, continuous care across preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up. Requires strong communication, detail orientation, time management, adaptability, and willingness to engage with nursing leaders to grow professionally. NEW GRADS WELCOME.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA considered).
- Unencumbered RN license with State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
