Job Summary
RN in Inpatient Innovations unit (Med/Surg/Trauma) responsible for applying the nursing process to provide individualized care; collaborates with physicians and inter-professional team; cares for clinically complex patients across postoperative bariatrics, trauma, sepsis, wounds, and other diagnoses; responsible for planning, patient education, triage, and a range of nursing interventions; new grads welcome; rotating 12-hour shifts with 36 hours scheduled weekly; unit features virtual nursing, smart hospital beds, and electronic whiteboards; Sanford Health system with extensive scope across the upper Midwest.
Required Qualifications
- RN license (State Board of Nursing)
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
