Job Summary
Assess patients, collect health data, and coordinate care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate. Individualize patient and family teaching based on thorough assessments and participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness. Maintain professional knowledge of current nursing standards, laws, and regulations while communicating clearly with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Requires an Associate's degree or BSN, Illinois licensure, and current CPR certification. Night shift rotation from 7pm to 7:30am with every other weekend off.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- 7pm - 7:30am (Night shift)
- Every other weekend
