Job Summary
Provide patient assessment and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers. Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are consistent, safe, timely, and appropriate. Communicate clearly with all stakeholders in person, by phone, and in writing. Individualize patient and family teaching based on thorough assessments. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness. Maintain professional knowledge in current standards, laws, and regulations. Shifts run 7pm to 7:30am every other weekend. Full-time 36-hour schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- 7pm - 7:30am (Night shift)
- Every other weekend
