RN Inpatient - Cardiac/Vascular/Thoracic

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation) for patients across the care continuum. Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care; conducts patient assessment, education, triage, and a range of nursing interventions within the Nurse Practice Act and applicable standards. Provides care in a cardiovascular setting, focusing on inpatient management of heart conditions with advanced treatments and technology, supporting professional growth in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
