Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients using the nursing process. Provide ongoing collaboration with a team of motivated professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients and families. Utilize evidence-based practices and engage in creative problem-solving within a supportive environment. Rotate through 12-hour day or night shifts, including every third weekend in a block schedule, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts. Differentials and premiums apply for nights, weekends, and call pay. Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Current licensure with the applicable state nursing board
- Possess multistate licensure privileges as required by position
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications (ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP, etc.)
