RN, Infusion Therapy

Assess patient physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and clinical data review. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans while evaluating responses to ensure optimal outcomes. Demonstrate competency in therapeutic interventions including IV therapy, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collections. Maintain accurate, confidential patient charts and document interventions and outcomes in a timely manner. Provide patient and family education based on learning readiness and evaluate teaching effectiveness. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to advocate for patient health, safety, and rights. Requires Registered Nurse license and Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Located at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas.
