Job Summary
Prioritize, delegate, and evaluate patient care for the Infusion Special Services team using the nursing process and hospital protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction while fostering a learning environment for patients, families, and colleagues. Advocate for ethical, holistic care promoting the autonomy and dignity of diverse patients. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or equivalent experience), current Washington State RN license, and certifications such as PEARS or PALS. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees, pediatric experience, IV therapy skills, and central line experience. Schedule is day shift, part-time (.6 FTE).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement
- PEARS or PALS certification
- Current BLS certification
- Driver's license
- Enhanced license or passport (to be obtained within 90 days of placement)
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP)
- Pediatric experience
- One (1) year acute care experience
- Previous IV therapy experience
- Central line experience
