Infusion RN providing IV therapy for chronic conditions (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease, multiple sclerosis) with expertise in vascular access, IV placement, monitoring for adverse effects, patient education, and coordination across outpatient clinics, hospitals, and home health. Role includes delivering IV medications and fluids, leveraging EPIC for charting, and benefiting from sign-on bonus and relocation options.
