Job Summary
Provide infusion care to patients from birth through the lifecycle by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating their nursing needs. Coordinate patient care activities for assigned staff while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Maintain current Georgia State Licensure, BCLS, and OCN or ONS Provider Card certification. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, one year of hospital experience, and oncology or infusion specialization. Located in Piedmont Cartersville, this role supports the nursing team within the organization's policy framework.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
- No experience required New Graduates of a nursing program eligible
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting
- 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions
- Infusion experience
- Oncology experience
- PALS certification
- OCN
- Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable
