RN Infusion

Prioritize, delegate, and evaluate patient care while delivering nursing interventions using the nursing process in accordance with hospital policies. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction while fostering a learning environment for staff and families. Advocate for ethical, holistic care that promotes patient autonomy and dignity across diverse backgrounds. This staff RN role supports the Pacific Northwest's most comprehensive oncology network, which treats over 6,000 new cancer cases annually across Washington state.
