Job Summary
Assess resident status, implement clinical nursing interventions to modify symptoms, and develop care plans to enhance outcomes. Administer and document resident immunizations while monitoring and reporting on antibiotic use and the Bowel & Bladder program. Make rounds to ensure compliance with Infection Control standards and policies, and participate in Quarterly QAPI meetings. Requires an active RN/LPN license, formal working knowledge of Infection Control, and completion of an Infection Preventionist course within three months. This faith-based organization prioritizes caregiver well-being to support their ability to care for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice
- Formal working knowledge; Infection Control experience Required
- Prior experience as LTC RN/LPN preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
