RN- In Patient Rehab Department- Nights

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans for patients in a skilled nursing setting. Ensure continuity of care between shifts by providing direct patient care and supervising LPNs, CNAs, and nursing assistants. Participate in resident and family teaching as applicable. The Director may assign this role to serve as an RN Preceptor or Charge RN for the unit.
