RN In house Travel Days Cardiac PCU $65 hour

The RN delivers high-quality patient care in the Cardiac PCU on an in-house assignment and coordinates patient care through the nursing process with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include reviewing patient needs and conditions, analyzing medical history and diagnostics to develop individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, reconciling medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance, evaluating patient response to interventions, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective care planning. Performs other duties as assigned. Education requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred). Licensure requirements include a Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state and BLS certification (American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider). Experience required: 1 year as a Registered Nurse (1 year preferred in a clinical specialty per ANCC or national nursing organizations).
