RN in-house travel Cardiac PCU Nights delivers nursing care and coordinates patient care through the nursing process and multidisciplinary collaboration. Responsibilities include reviewing patient needs to deliver direct care, analyzing medical history and current condition to develop care plans, administering medications and treatments, reconciling medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance, evaluating patient responses to interventions, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective care planning. Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), RN license in NC or a compact state, BLS/CPR, and 1 year of RN experience (clinical specialty preferred).
