Job Summary
RN in-house agency neonatal ICU role in Monroe; lead and coordinate nursing care using the nursing process, delegate and supervise licensed/ancillary team members, ensure quality patient outcomes, and support unit/department goals. Requires RN license in state of practice, BLS, and 1 year of RN experience. Education: graduate of an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred. Positions are PRN/part-time with potential for flexible scheduling within a neonatal care setting. Strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code, and Scope & Standards of Practice are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Education Required – Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Work Experience Required – 1 year of experience as a registered nurse
- Certifications Required – Current RN license in state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
