Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while coordinating care activities for all assigned staff. Maintain standards of practice within the organization's policies and procedures, demonstrating professional growth and accountability. Hold a current Georgia RN license and BCLS certification; ACLS certification required within 180 days. Requires one year of hospital setting experience for PRN positions; new graduates eligible if they obtain required certifications within 180 days.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nursing program
- No experience required
- New Graduates of a nursing program eligible
- 1 year in a hospital setting
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS Certification
- CDN (Certified Dialysis Certificate)
- ACLS and PALS Certification
- Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification
- PEARS or PALS Certification
- PreOp/PACU/ENDO/CSU - ACLS
- BLS
- Labor and Delivery-ACLS Certification
- NRP
- AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Program
- NAT (Newborn Admission Team)- NRP
- Nursery- NRP
Desired Qualifications
